Professional hasn't arrived

Our office hired a professional but they haven't arrived for their job. What should I do?

While we understand some circumstances are inevitable, we do expect our professionals to be prompt for jobs they are hired for through Stynt’s platform. Once a professional has been hired for a job the office has access to their contact information including phone number and email. The office is able to reach out to the professional as well as contact the Stynt Team at support@stynt.com or 888714-1817. We will do our best to connect with the professional to ensure a seamless day for your office.
