Stynt Rewards- Program Terms

Green (Verified)

Upon completion of 3rd job, will move to status to become eligible for benefits 

Silver (3 -24 Jobs Completed)

Green Status

Once you become a Verified Stynt Professional, your Rewards Status will move to Green. To view the requirements to become verified, please refer here


Upon completion of your third job assignment through Stynt, you will move to Silver Status. This does not include any jobs that were canceled or not completed.


Silver Reward Status


After completion of your third job assignment, you will move to Silver Reward Status. 


Eligible Rewards: Ability to apply at a higher suggested rate 

Conditions to Maintain Status: 


In order to maintain your Silver Rewards Status, you must complete at least one job assignment within a six-month period. The only exception is if one is not matched with a temporary job within that six-month period. The six-month period begins upon completion of your third job assignment through Stynt. If you go six months without completing one job assignment, you will move back to Green Status. 


If your rating falls below 4.75 stars, you will maintain your current status, until your overall rating returns above 4.75 stars. If your rating falls below 4.5 stars, you will lose your access to your rewards. To earn back your status and rewards, your rating must return above 4.75 stars.


Upon completion of the 25th job assignment through Stynt, you will move to Gold Status (must meet the above terms). This does not include any jobs that were cancelled or not worked. 


Gold Reward Status 


After completion of your 25th job assignment through Stynt, you will move to Gold Status


Eligible Rewards:

  • Priority Applicant Placement - Application is displayed at the top of the list for offices to choose from. Offices are made aware of “Gold Status” on your profile 

  • Tickets at Work- Access to an exclusive discount and savings program

    • An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to register. If you have not received the email and believe you are eligible, please contact us at support@stynt.com


Upon completion of your 50th job assignment through Stynt, you will move to Platinum Status. This does not include any jobs that were cancelled or not worked.

In order to maintain your Gold Rewards Status, you must complete three job assignments within a six-month period. The only exception is if one is not matched with a temporary job within that six-month period. The six-month period begins upon completion of your third job assignment through Stynt. If you go 6 months without completing three job assignments, you will move back to Silver Status. 


If your rating falls below 4.75 stars, you will maintain your current status, until your overall rating returns above 4.75 stars. If your rating falls below 4.5 stars, you will lose access to your rewards. To earn back your status and rewards, your rating must return above 4.5 stars. 


Platinum Rewards Status


After completion of your 50th job assignment through Stynt, you will move to Platinum Status. 


Eligible Rewards:

The only exception is if one is not matched with a temporary job within that six-month period. The six-month period begins upon completion of your third job assignment through Stynt. If you go 6 months without completing five job assignments, you will move back to Gold Status. 


If your rating falls below 4.75 stars, you will maintain your current status, until your overall rating returns above 4.75 stars. If your rating falls below 4.5 stars, you will lose access to your rewards. To earn back your status and rewards, your rating must return above 4.75 stars.
