How Are the Professionals Paid?
Payment and pay cycles depend on the business model you are set up on:
Referral Model; If you are handling the payroll for Professionals on your own, Professionals should be paid within 14 days of the work day (or sooner, if required by applicable law) and payment will be due for Stynt’s fees within 48 hours after the job assignment is completed or when you approve hours, whichever occurs first.
Payroll Model If payroll is being handled for you through a Third Party Contractor or EOR, payment will be due for the Professional’s payroll-related fees and Stynt’s connection fee (or other applicable fees) within 48 hours after the job assignment is completed or when you approve hours, whichever occurs first.
