What Insurance Coverage Does Stynt Provide?

W2 Payroll; If you and Professional agree to treat Professional as an employee under the W-2 model, unemployment Insurance, liability Insurance (limited), malpractice Insurance (limited), and Workers Compensation Insurance will be provided through the Third Party Contractor or EOR.

W2 Referral: For all models other than the W-2 Payroll model, or other than set forth herein or in the Terms, it is the Office’s responsibility to provide all insurance, required or otherwise, and whether related to/in connection with unemployment Insurance, liability Insurance, malpractice Insurance, and Workers Compensation Insurance or otherwise

Contractor Payroll: Third Party Contractor or EOR will provide limited Occupational Accident Insurance only.

Contractor Referral: it is the Office’s responsibility to provide all insurance, required or otherwise, and whether related to/in connection with unemployment Insurance, liability Insurance, malpractice Insurance, and Workers Compensation Insurance or otherwise

Office agrees to carefully review insurance-related limits and other insurance requirements with its attorneys, insurance agents/providers, and all other related professionals, in order to determine the adequacy, suitability and legal compliance of any insurance-related needs, whether or not insurance may be provided through Third Party Contractor, EOR or otherwise.  Stynt makes no representations about the adequacy or suitability of any insurance (including, without limitation, what is covered or if the coverage is sufficient), or other representations regarding any insurance-related issues addressed herein (whether provided by Third Party Contractor, EOR or otherwise), and no such representations should be relied upon in any respect.
