Best Practices for Stynt™ Dental Offices

As an office utilizing Stynt’s platform, embracing best practices is the best way to promote your services, empower those working with you, and serve your patients.  Below are the best practices we strongly encourage each office to follow. Remember, each professional will rate your office on Stynt’s platform, which may impact your future ability to attract quality talent.

WHEN POSTING A JOB

  • Post work days, hours, and skills required accurately
  • Vet candidates’ profiles thoroughly
  • Hire in a timely manner
  • Inform existing employees of the temporary hire
  • Refrain from sharing the temp’s pay rate as internal pay rates may differ
  • If there is any reason to alter or cancel the job assignment:
    • Contact the professional ASAP
    • Manage the job through Stynt’s Platform

DAY OF A JOB

  • Have someone at the office 15 minutes early to ensure the professional has prompt access
  • Warmly greet the professional
  • Review office expectations, including all policies and procedures
  • Review office equipment
  • Provide sufficient breaks for each professional
  • Provide professional feedback if necessary
     

AFTER A JOB

  • Approve the professional’s hours within 48 hours of completing the job
  • Rate the professional fairly
  • Provide Stynt with any necessary feedback
  • Avoid Bypasses by using Stynt’s Platform to rehire previously hired professionals
  • Routinely review Stynt’s Terms of Use & Hiring Policies
