How do I cancel a job with an agreed professional?
Login to your Stynt Dashboard and navigate to the Agreed Active Jobs Section
Select the Agreed Job
The professional contact information will be visible under the professional's photo
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the cancel job button on the bottom left
If you are unable to complete the cancellation, contact the professional & email support@stynt.com with details

Navigate to your Stynt Dashboard and select the dropdown in the top right corner
Select Payment options- Edit Profile
Update information and select Save
Select “Make Primary” on the new payment method
