How do I cancel a job with an agreed professional?
  1. Login to your Stynt Dashboard and navigate to the Agreed Active Jobs Section
  2. Select the Agreed Job
    1. The professional contact information will be visible under the professional's photo
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the cancel job button on the bottom left
    1. If you are unable to complete the cancellation, contact the professional & email support@stynt.com with details
How do I rehire a professional?
  • Navigate to your Stynt Dashboard and select Rehire
  • Search & select requested professional
  • Build job 
    • If you are unable to select a requested professional, email support@stynt.com for assistance. The requested professional may not be available 

How can I contact an agreed Professional (late, no show, or schedule changes)
  • Navigate to your Stynt dashboard then select the agreed job with the professional
  • Contact information is listed under the professional's photo
    • If the professional does not show up to the job, please flag the job as a no show

What to do if a professional forgot to clock in
  • Have Professional clock in as soon as possible
    • Keep track of actual hours worked
  • Next-Day login to your Stynt Account to edit/approve hours
    • Edit hours to correct start/end time prior to approving
    • If unable to adjust properly email support@stynt.com for assistance

How do I change the credit card on file or Edit Profile?
  • Navigate to your Stynt Dashboard and select the dropdown in the top right corner 
  • Select Payment options- Edit Profile 
  • Update information and select Save
  • Select “Make Primary” on the new payment method
