Professional Frequently Asked Questions After Hours/Weekend

Arrive at the job to find the office closed
  • Clock in for the job at the scheduled start time
  • Attempt to contact the office via the number provided in job details
  • Wait at least 30min past the job start time for someone to arrive or contact you back
  • If no one contacts you or arrives at the office you may leave (if outside of Stynt Business hours, if within contact Stynt prior to leaving)
    • Once you leave the job, clock out and email support@stynt.com with details of what has happened
      • This is so we can address the situation with the office the next business day and someone from Stynt will contact you

Trouble Clocking In
  • If unable to clock in from Stynt App, notify the Office Manager or Doctor of hours. They will be able to adjust the hours after the job is worked.
  • Email support@stynt.com with hours worked for the day, as a backup to ensure hours are added.

Arrive at the office but told not needed anymore or office overbooked temp staff
  • Confirm with the OM or Dr that you are no longer needed for the day,
  • You are free to leave for the day
  • email support@stynt.com so we can update the job for a minimum of 4hrs pay.

Need to cancel last minute
  • Log into the Stynt Mobile App and cancel the job (if the job start time is less than 30 min away or started you cannot cancel in-app)
  • Contact the office immediately after canceling in the app, to notify them you cannot come in and why.

  • Email support@stynt.com with why you need to cancel
