Someone was hired and I did not click the hire button, what happened?
This is our Auto-Hire feature.
Auto-Hire: When an office posts a job, our system will automatically hire a professional who meets ALL of the following criteria:
• Have at least a 4 Star Rating from at least 3 jobs
• Have at least 2 Years of Experience
• Have applied within the office's designated Rate Range
