Job Cancellations and No Shows
Stynt’s expectations of professionals are simple: responsibly apply to jobs, confirm your jobs in the app once hired, and go to work. We expect you to do everything you can to honor job agreements/jobs you’re hired for. Please ONLY apply to jobs if you are serious about working. Manage and cancel your job applications to live temp jobs if your availability/interest changes so the office no longer has the opportunity to hire you.
Job cancellations and no shows are serious in nature and Stynt strongly discourages this behavior. Canceling a job compromises patient care, an office’s reputation, and the overall reputation of Stynt’s Talent Community. We understand things come up but we must also understand the need for quality patient care, professional integrity, and ownership/responsibility of/for one’s actions. To enforce best practices and ensure professionals responsibly apply for jobs, Stynt has implemented the following policies and penalties:
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Stynt platform automatically puts your account on hold anytime you cancel a job (inside or outside of 24 hrs of the start time).
JOB CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HRS OF START TIME/TWO STRIKES POLICY (WORST BEHAVIOR)
Your account is automatically put on hold for 30 days. We have a two strikes policy for permanently removing professionals from the platform if they cancel jobs within 24 hrs of a job’s start time.
JOB CANCELLATIONS OUTSIDE OF 24 HRS OF START TIME
Your account is automatically put on hold for 15 days. If a professional repeatedly cancels jobs in this manner they are reviewed and may be permanently removed from Stynt’s platform.
NO SHOWS (WORST BEHAVIOR)
You are permanently taken off Stynt’s platform if you are hired for a job and don't show up.
Again, Stynt expects professionals to responsibly apply to jobs (only apply if you are available and can commit if hired), to manage your temp job applications (we strongly recommend that you cancel any applications to temp jobs if your availability/interest changes), confirm your jobs in the app, and to do everything possible to honor job agreements (the offices and patients are counting on you!).
